Processed and concentrated in cutting-edge machines, it preserves all its generous taste and soft velvety naturalness.
The high fruit piece and pulp content ensures excellent results for artisan products when used at 70 g/litre doses or at 25 g/litre to enhance ice creams and sorbets made with fresh fruit.
